Student – A course participant that is not part of the instructional staff.
Instructor – The teacher for a course.
Student Pack – A pre-purchased kit with online class code and other class items for the student’s particular course.
Course – A class containing academic & in-water workshops.
BC Tag – A round identifier worn by SeaSigns students & instructors
ProDiver – Any professional level instructor or assistant. Can also apply to a student currently enrolled in a pro level course with intent to become a ProDiver in the near future.
NonDiver – A snorkeler, swimmer, or other participant not donning scuba gear during the course or during post-course activities.
